Luigis will use reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for products prepared without specified allergens. However, due to shared preparation areas, equipment, and handling processes within our stores, cross-contact may occur and all products may contain or come into contact with allergens, including gluten.

Accordingly, Luigis does not warrant or guarantee that any product supplied will be completely free from allergens.

Kalamata olives used in our products are supplied by third-party suppliers. While care is taken in preparation, Luigis cannot guarantee that olives will be entirely free from pits or pit fragments.

Subject to applicable law, Luigis excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense, injury, or medical expense arising from or relating to the aforementioned matters, including any allergic reaction or adverse response to products purchased from our stores.

Customers should also be aware that menu items and ingredients may change from time to time due to supplier availability or product updates, which may alter the allergen content of menu offerings.
