Why Luigis?
After being family operated for over 15 years, we know and love pizza! We have a long-established connection with our communities and we will train you to be the best business owner you can be, while helping you grow your Luigis franchise. We keep investment costs low, operations simple, and we are flexible in our development plans, while helping to build support within your local communities. We’re exciting, future-thinking and we work with passion. We do things on a personal basis!
What is included?
Our Franchises include ALL Luigis Pizza Bar branding, trademarks, products, suppliers, support, and systems of our business.
What fees are payable to Luigis?
An initial fee is payable for every store opened. The franchise partner also pays an ongoing monthly royalty fee that is based on a percentage of sales. Additional fees are required for quality control, marketing campaigns, and in the event of renewal or an approved transfer of the franchise to another franchise partner.
How much money can I make as a Luigis franchise partner?
The profitability of a store is dependent on many factors, including the quality of the location, competition, sales volume, rent, management, and the type and amount of financing. Profitability is ultimately a matter within the control of each franchise partner. It’s your business!
Who will build my store?
We will provide detailed concepts, designs and guidelines, as well as recommended contractors that we have previously used. Nevertheless, you are responsible for hiring a contractor to build your location.
Can I buy an existing pizza shop and rebrand it as Luigis?
Of course! If you see a bargain and it meets the requirements of a Luigis Franchise we are happy to inspect it and give you the go-ahead. You can certainly save money by shopping around and finding a great opportunity!
Can I sell my store at any time?
Yes, should your circumstances change and you wish to exit the business you can sell your store at any time.
