Our Franchises include ALL Luigis Pizza Bar branding, trademarks, products, suppliers, support, and systems of our business.

An initial fee is payable for every store opened. The franchise partner also pays an ongoing monthly royalty fee that is based on a percentage of sales. Additional fees are required for quality control, marketing campaigns, and in the event of renewal or an approved transfer of the franchise to another franchise partner.

The profitability of a store is dependent on many factors, including the quality of the location, competition, sales volume, rent, management, and the type and amount of financing. Profitability is ultimately a matter within the control of each franchise partner. It’s your business!

We will provide detailed concepts, designs and guidelines, as well as recommended contractors that we have previously used. Nevertheless, you are responsible for hiring a contractor to build your location.
